Gloomy days.

I don’t always find the energy to overcome sadness or worry. My mind becomes stagnant, and I enter a state of inaction where it’s not me who decides but rather my emotions. Creating in my workshop, designing with my hands, helps me focus on something positive and vital. This way, I cope more easily with tough times, sorrow, and distress. Instead of being stuck in those emotions, I am flooded with feelings of well-being and resilience. I start to flow again. My workshop is my refuge on those gloomy days.
