Extreme changes in my life have caused me so much anguish …

I don’t always find the energy to overcome sadness or worry.

It’s not uncommon for darkness to cast a shadow over the human heart.

Human race is doomed. We are destroying the planet at a pace never seen before.

The Earth flexes its muscle, the applied concrete ‘urban skin’ breaks open and a microcosm of life is created in the cracks in the pavement.

From circumstances defined mostly by despair, anguish and darkness – small fragments of light emit.

Take away the veil of darkness, let us light a fire and we will sit around.

The western world can be defined by the adage ‘knowledge is power’.

I have been saving the plastic packaging of my cigarette filters for several years.
