The brooch “Shining Despair” reflects the contrast between life’s darkness and the light that endures within it. We all face moments that bring pain, disappointment, or fear—times when the world feels clouded and hope feels distant. The dark, central surface of this piece represents these heavy moments, while the surrounding stones symbolize the stars that shine persistently beyond the clouds, even when we cannot see them. This brooch is a reminder that light exists, quietly resilient, even within our darkest experiences.
